Terms of Service

Effective April 1, 2026. These Terms of Service govern every job TruShine Pressure Washing performs and your use of truwashing.com. By booking service with us or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

TruShine provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including soft-wash house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio and deck cleaning, gutter brightening, gutter cleanout, window cleaning, and related services, in the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area of South Carolina. Scope of any specific job is defined in your written quote.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are written and flat-rate. Prices are based on the property details provided. If we arrive and find conditions that meaningfully differ from what was quoted (for example, a significantly larger structure or a surface requiring a different treatment), we'll pause and call you before adding any additional charge. We never add hidden fees.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We schedule jobs by the half-day block. You'll receive a confirmation with your arrival window. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee. Weather delays are free — if it's not safe to wash, we'll reschedule at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other terms are written into your quote. We accept cards, ACH, check, and cash. Financing and seasonal plans are available — see our Financing page. Late payments accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every job with our 7-Day Reclean Promise: if anything was missed or doesn't meet the quality standard we promised, call us within 7 days and we'll come back and make it right. The guarantee covers the scope in your written quote; it does not cover new stains, tree sap, or biological growth that appears after our visit.

Your Responsibilities

Before we arrive, please close all windows and doors, remove fragile items from decks or porches, secure pets indoors, and ensure water access. We will protect landscaping, but gentle care of plants near working areas is always appreciated.

Limitations of Liability

TruShine carries a $2M general liability policy. If we cause property damage through our work, we will repair or replace it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for surfaces that were compromised before we arrived (rotted wood, loose siding, failing caulk, old paint), or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price of the service performed.

Intellectual Property

The truwashing.com website, its content, code, images, and design are the property of TruShine Pressure Washing and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, or distribute site content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.
